This is a space for meaningful connections, vulnerability, and non-judgemental presence. So come as you are, the only requirements are kindness and an open heart.

🌿 Flow of the Gathering
7:00pm - Arrival & Settling In
7:15pm – Opening Grounding exercise (5 minutes)
We’ll start with a short grounding exercise to help us anchor ourselves into the present and to hold space with empathy and compassion.
7:30pm – Heart Circle Sharing
A gentle sharing circle where we share what is on our hearts - or simply listen.
A time for Connection & Free Flow will follow right after. This is a relaxed space to chat, swim, play music, share snacks, and connect more casually. Feel free to bring an instrument or simply come and enjoy the moment.
Feel free to join us at 6pm for a swim before the event starts :)

Water - Swimwear - Umbrella/ hat - A snack to share (if you’d like)
An instrument (optional) - A kind, open heart
