Our Reference Scriptures:
Isaiah 58:6, 1Timothy 2:1-5 and Matthew 18:18-20

THE FAST WILL CONSIST OF:
▶️NO RED MEAT
▶️NO FOOD CONTAINING OR COOKED
IN WHITE FLOUR
▶️NO WHITE RICE
▶️NO SUGAR
▶️NO SWEETS
▶️SPLENDA, AND SUGAR SUBSTITUTE I ALLOWED FOR COFFEE OR TEA ONLY
▶️NO SODAS (regular or diet)
