Zen Coaching - The Felt Presence of Immediate Experience
In the present moment we are completely immersed in being, and fully alive within our direct experience. Our mind, however, loves to comment and evaluate and compare our present experiences with past experiences, and fantasize about our dreams of the future. In doing this we leave ourselves and disconnect from our authentic aliveness.
If we want to live rich, full lives, we need to bring awareness to how we leave our immediate experience of being and become identified with our thinking. Powerful tools for that are the practices of awareness, witnessing and inquiry.
Come and explore how to live more fully in the felt presence of immediate experience.
During this three-hour workshop, we will practice together through:
• Gentle movement and relational exercizes to awaken the body and bring attention into the present.
• Inquiry and dialogue to notice the ways our minds pull us away from being.
• Meditation to rest in presence and deepen our awareness.
This workshop is open to all levels of experience. Please wear comfortable clothing. You’ll leave with simple practices you can bring into daily life to live with greater clarity, presence, and ease.

Fredagskvelder tennes lyktene HOS MOMO Du er velkommen akkurat som du er, til å nyte en kveld i nærvær og samvær, med nye og gamle venner.
Disse kveldene er for alle som lengter etter samvær med mening, og et sted å møte nye og gamle venner i sann kontakt.
Tich Nhat Hanh beskriver Sangha - Community, som en av de viktigste støttene når vi ønsker å leve et liv i nærvær. Vi trenger hverandre på den indre reisen og også som følgesvenner i livet.
Kun som "et VI" kan vi samskape den verden vi ønsker å se rundt oss. Kveldene leder av ulike fine folk som kommer og deler sine gaver. Se igjennom oversikten under og merk deg ut de kveldene du har lyst til å bli med på.
Hittil har vi hatt kvelder med kontakt impro, mindfullness, kvinnesirkler, kreative kvelder, værensrom, kakao og sang, teater. nvc, eventyrsirkel og mye mer. Dette er kvelder for å komme sammen på en avslappet og meningsfull måte, i nærvær og simpelthen kose seg ...
