Biodynamic Breathwork and Trauma Release System (BBTRS)
BBTRS has its roots in Wilhelm Reich’s body-oriented approach to therapy and Peter Levine’s gentle techniques for trauma healing.
In a BBTRS session, the focus is on reconnecting with your body’s natural intelligence so that body and soul can release suppressed emotions and trauma stored as chronic tension in the nervous system.
Because trauma is not an event – trauma lives in the nervous system.
A Breathwork session combines deep, connected breathing with bodywork techniques, conscious movement, sound, emotional release, and meditation.

Practical details:
* Drop-in: 190–300 NOK (sliding scale — pay what feels right)
* 4-class pass: 650–950 NOK
* 6-class pass: 950–1350 NOK

About Lisa:
Lisa has her roots in education and dance. She is a Kundalini Yoga teacher and has completed trainings in Biodynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release, Myofascial Energetic Release as well as in Compassionate Inquiry. She offers workshops in Feminine Embodiment, facilitates Trance Dance, and leads Liquid Love Cologne. She creates spaces where humor and vulnerability meet, and curiosity becomes a pathway to healing.
