Whether you're an animal lover wanting a short visit to stroke the goats, a nature enthusiast looking for a great place to have a picnic, or a parent looking for an outdoor activity to keep the kids occupied for an hour or two, everyone will enjoy a visit to the farm!
Event Highlights:
• Meet the Animals: Get up close to our friendly goats, gentle sheep, and fun-loving pigs. A knowledgeable volunteer will be on hand to introduce you to each animal and share interesting facts about their care and personalities.
• Feed the Goats: Experience the joy of feeding our goats and sheep; the friendliest and naughtiest animals on the farm! A bowl of food can be purchased on arrival for a small donation.
• Picnic by the Pond: Bring a packed lunch and enjoy a relaxing picnic by our tranquil pond. Picnic tables are available or bring a blanket. But watch out for the ducklings trying to steal your sandwiches!
• Have a Cuppa in our Wellbeing Garden:
Cost & Booking:
• Admission is FREE to the Open Farm sessions but a donation of £3 per person is suggested to help us feed and care for the animals.
• No booking necessary, just turn up. Last admission is half an hour before the end of the session.
• Refreshments are available in the Wellbeing Garden.
