This immersive spirits class explores the bold flavors and deep roots of two of Mexico’s most iconic (and distinct) spirits. You'll enjoy a guided tasting of two tequilas and two sotols, plus hands-on cocktail-making and curated food pairings that bring every flavor to life. We’ll dig into the cultural heritage, flavor profiles, and production methods that make agave and desert spirits unforgettable.

The Cocktail Collective is a small, Black, and woman-owned business that offers educational cocktail and spirit classes guided by industry professionals. You must be 21 years or older to attend our events.
