Step into a safe and sacred space of love, acceptance, and support. This month’s Sacred Sunday Circle is an intimate gathering designed to nourish the soul, awaken the spirit, and remind us of the power of coming together in community. Here, we lift each other up, share in healing, and create space for clarity and connection.
We’ll begin by opening the energy with private card readings by 4 Hands Spiritual Healing or Reiki and Readings with Caisee Lynn, allowing spirit to guide us into the flow of the day. From there, we’ll move into a sensory-sensitive sound bath guided meditation, focusing on the Third Eye Chakra — the center of intuition, clarity, and higher vision.
This meditation is intentionally gentle and accessible: no singing bowls will be used, so those with hearing sensitivities can fully relax into the experience. Instead, a soft and soothing sound bath will weave in the background, creating a container for insight, stillness, and inner awakening.
Afterward, enjoy light refreshments and connection with like-minded souls — grounding the energy we’ve cultivated together and carrying that sense of peace forward.
