Pack Light, Eat Right Class & Tabling Event at REI in Asheville

Pack light, eat right: Everything you need to eat in the backcountry. This class covers lightweight, nutritious food options for backpacking, including snacks, meals, and efficient cooking tools. Students will learn how to plan, pack, and prepare meals on the trail using compact gear and smart strategies.
It will be a 15 minute class and I’ll teach it 4 times throughout the day while tabling in between.
