Understanding Birth

Our Understanding Birth class helps empower birth experiences! This class is in-person at Redington-Fairview General Hospital and is free to attend.

NOTE: This is a 5-hour class split up into 2-days. See flyer for more details. Both parts of the class will be from 4:30pm - 7:00pm. A meal will be served during both classes for those who attend.

This class will cover:
- Pregnancy
- Labor
- Different Birth Stories
- Comfort Techniques
- Medical Procedures
- Cesarean Birth
- Newborns
- Postpartum
