Headlamp Rucksack Walk with Kay Active Fitness

Please bring either a headlamp or flashlight! We have some to provide. Daylight Savings is upon us!

Join team lead and certified personal trainer Matt Kay with Kay Fitness every Monday in October for a low-impact but challenging way to build endurance, strength, and mental toughness.
