Our guests will discuss Abe Saperstein, the man who helped to popularize basketball, promoted African American athletes, and who invented the 3-point shot! Learn about the “Harlem Globetrotters” 100-year exhibition team history against the backdrop of racism, antisemitism, and 20th Century sports. Books will be available for sale and signed by the author. “Globetrotter” was published in 2024.
