Join us at Bolton Abbey Station for a special Volunteer Open Day, where you’ll meet the passionate team that keeps Yorkshire’s Friendly Line running through the stunning Yorkshire Dales. 🌿

From the Locomotive Department to Operating, Infrastructure, Carriage & Wagon, and Commercial – our volunteers will be on hand to share their experiences and give you a behind-the-scenes look at what it takes to run a heritage railway.

Whether you’re a steam enthusiast, a hands-on tinkerer, or simply looking for a rewarding way to give back – there’s a place for you on our team. 🚆
