Unwind in the Yorkshire Dales in the second of our 2 days of meditation retreat at Bolton Abbey Village Hall. A day retreat is an ideal opportunity to gain a deep understanding of Buddha’s teachings and have a special experience of inner peace. 😌

The Transform Your Life retreat will explore how to recognise and let go of harmful states of mind and replace them with peaceful and beneficial ones.

We also have a Day Retreat, Stop Worrying, Start Living, the previous day. Each day can be attended separately. If you wish to attend both days of the Retreat, there will be a £10 discount.

A packed lunch 🥪, refreshments ☕️& parking 🚗 all included. There will be plenty of time in between retreat sessions, if you wish, to enjoy and relax in the surrounding countryside.

The cost of the day retreat is £36 (Centre Membership Scheme £26) or for both days £62 (Centre Membership Scheme £42).
