This friendly, hands-on day is perfect for beginners or those wishing to refresh their knowledge of aromatherapy. You’ll learn how to use essential oils safely and effectively, while creating your own personalised blend to take home.
🌸 What you’ll explore:
• A short history of aromatherapy
• What essential oils are and how they’re extracted (including a live distillation)
• Safe routes of administration and blending dilutions
• An in-depth look at 8 essential oils (+3 sub-species), 3 carrier oils, and selected hydrolats
• Guided blending to create your own product to take home — choose from a muscle rub, immune booster, moisturiser, or facial toner
