Join me for an evening of deep rest and gentle resonance.
We’ll move slowly and intentionally through:
-Reiki-infused energy work
-Guided meditation & softly spoken word
-A grounding, immersive sound bath
Pillows, blankets & comfy camping beds are all provided -
but feel free to bring whatever helps you melt into the moment (bolster, yoga mat, slippers… you know the vibe ).
