Skegness Pier Angling Club Match 16 - The Shipstone Cup

Skegness Pier Angling Club are holding their next match at Trunch Lane on Sunday 3rd August. The match is open to all to come along with club members competing for the Shipstone cup and extra league prizes.

The match is pegged so please contact Chas, Russ Parsons or reply going to this invite if you would like to fish and book a peg. The peg draw will take place at 09;30 in the free car park.

This week the fishing along the Lincolnshire beaches has been slow with the rough up last week producing a few bass but moving the smooth hounds off into deeper water. With a forecast of settled weather up to the match there should be a few hounds, bass, flounders, eels and sole to target along with weevers.

Fresh ragworm is available to order from the shop on 01754872631 along with a large selection of sea tackle and frozen baits.
