Built in 1760, Church Farm is known as the ‘Oldest House in Skegness’. Apparitions and shadow figures have been seen, along with loud knocking in the main farm house, along with the sounds of children laughing. Objects move on their own and many day visitors have felt that they are being watched. A maid has also been sighted telling visitors to "get out".
