Join me for Pilates in the gardens of Gunby Hall this summer. Breathe in the fresh air and build strength from the inside out with two energizing Pilates sessions designed to improve posture, core stability, flexibility and overall wellbeing.
👣 9am - Align & Shine
🌳 Awaken and energize your body with this uplifting morning practice to build strength from the inside out, under the summer sky.
👣 6pm - Evening Strength & Stretch
🌳 Wind down your day with mindful movement and core power to help you feel both strong and centered. A perfect way to stretch out those tight and tense areas and release the stress of the day.
Whether you are a beginner or been enjoying the practice for years, this is your chance to move, feel empowered and enjoy the beauty Gunby gardens has to offer. All levels welcome!
Practicing Pilates outdoors is a truly uplifting experience - feeling the grass beneath your feet, the breeze on your skin, and hearing the birdsong as you move and stretch. It’s a wonderful way to connect with your breath, your body and the natural world around you.
