PREREQUISITES
Ability to perform a minimum of 3 pull ups
Clean straddle invert from climbs
Good knowledge of basic silks skills
Multiple straddles from climbs
S lock knowledge
Happy in back balance with or without top hand
Happy to fall on to mats
Good Understanding of Beats
