10:00 AM - 10:55 AM: Dance Free by the Sea with Hannah Green (Dance Free CIC)
Start your day with an uplifting morning dance session led by Hannah. Moving freely by the sea, energising body and soul. This is a chance to connect to rhythms, each other, and nature through joyful movement.
Beginning with a warm welcome and a few simple guidelines on how to truly dance free in your body. Hannah will then guide you through a gentle, facilitated movement meditation over calming music for 5 minutes, helping you drop into your body. This will flow into a 50-minute music journey — a wave of diverse rhythms from all over the world — perfect for free, uninhibited movement.
Simply move as much or as little as you like, however you feel. It's a wonderfully warm, fun, and welcoming space to let go and be free.
11:05 AM - 12:30 PM: Intuitive Art Making with Ellie Benton
Following a liberating dance, we'll transition to the beautiful sea-view indoor gallery space at the Seaview Colonnade for an intuitive art-making activity led by local artist, Ellie Benton.
This is your invitation to unleash your inner creator. No art skills are required!
This is about process, not product. The focus is entirely on the experience, exploration, and self-expression, not on creating a masterpiece to hang on a wall. Just a playful invitation to make marks on paper in whatever way feels good. You'll have the freedom to discover, experiment, play, and simply let loose with color and form.
Leaving you feel refreshed, joyful, and creatively invigorated.
