Mandag den 28 juli ønsker Britt og jeg at tilbyde alle en langsom gåtur rundt i området hvor smukfest er i fuld gang med opstilling.

Under gåturen får du mulighed for at danse et par gange og lave kirtan kriya mantra meditationen.
Disse stunder foregår med silent disco udstyr på. Du har altså høretelefoner på og kan styre hvor højt eller lavt du vil have musikken mens jeg kan tale til jer igennem en mickrofon.

Dette er gratis og for alle.
