Sound Bath Reclaiming Your Power

So often we give our power away without even realising it. Whether it is through lack of self-confidence, self-esteem, self-love, self-doubt, shame, guilt.

During the sound bath we will be calling our power back to us.



Please bring a mat, pillow, blanket and something to put under your knees if you suffer from back issues.
