We invite students to listen closely to your body- honoring limitations, choosing modifications and practicing in ways that feel safe and empowering. Teachings with strong emphasis on body awareness, reminding students to recognize their limits, make mindful adjustments, and move in ways that support their own anatomy.

***This class is designed for students with prior yoga experience who are comfortable with foundational poses.
