Balance in the Saddle: Better Riding Biomechanics

Want to ride with more confidence, stability, and ease? Whether you're training for your next dressage test or just looking to feel more secure on trail rides, this workshop will help you find your flow. You'll learn how posture, movement, and awareness can transform your time in the saddle — no horse required!

Led by equestrian and physical therapist Megan Rheeder, you’ll practice body-alignment techniques that boost performance and prevent injury.
