Wild Earth Breath Journeys

Breath is a powerful and potent medicine, readily available to us at any moment. It intuitively seeps into and dissolves pain, fear, and limiting beliefs held within the body. It creates space for and illuminates the nature of our authentic souls. Join me each week as we embark on a new journey toward the reclamation of self using guided imagery and evocative music.

All you need to bring is openness, a water bottle and any comfort items. We provide mats, blankets and eye masks if desired.
