We’ve had so much fun in the past, and I’m excited to bring it back! In today’s fast-paced world, it can be hard to carve out time for books — but almost everyone can watch a MOVIE. Especially in the fall and winter!
Movies are a powerful way to explore leadership, teamwork, history, and business practices (the good and the bad). They help us learn, spark conversation, and UNDERSTAND each other across generations.
• Boomer & Gen X Insight: Many of these films capture the professional environments, cultural norms, and leadership styles of the 80s–2000s when Boomers and Gen X dominated the workforce.
• Generational Reflection: Themes like mentorship, technology shifts, layoffs, and workplace ethics resonate differently with each generation.
• Discussion-Ready: Every movie offers clear, relatable conversation starters for bridging generational understanding.
How it works:
📌 Each month, we’ll all watch the same “business” movie on our own time.
📌 Then, we meet after hours over appetizers & beverages (your choice, your tab) to discuss what we learned and how it connects to leadership and business.
📌 Expect lively conversations, fresh perspectives, and stronger connections!
