This gentle class is designed for anyone who wants to move their body, release tension, and build comfort on the mat. We’ll explore simple stretches and easy-to-follow movements that help you feel more open, relaxed, and supported. No experience is needed—just bring yourself as you are.

Throughout class, you’ll be guided at a steady, comfortable pace with plenty of options to adjust each pose. Our focus is on creating space in the body, easing tight muscles, and connecting with your breath in a way that feels natural to you. There’s no pressure, no perfection—just a welcoming environment where you can stretch, unwind, and discover what feels good.
