Somatic Self-Discover

This gentle, guided practice invites you to slow down and listen deeply to your body. Through intentional movement and breath, you’ll uncover what has been stored, held, or hidden within—gently awakening stuck energy, acknowledging emotions, and witnessing yourself with love and compassion.

With a focus on deep listening rather than forcing, this practice supports your body’s natural ability to regulate, calming the nervous system and bringing you back to a place of inner peace. As you move and breathe, you’ll release tension, feel more grounded, and reconnect to the present moment.

Chelsea will also offer hands on touch, reiki and energy healing throughout the class as needed.
