Homebuyer Education provides information & resources to purchase and own a home. Topics include:
(1) Personal money management
(2) Credit history review
(3) Mortgage financing and the loan process
(4) Shopping for a home
(5) Homeowner responsibilities
(6) Predatory lending awareness

Homebuyer Education is FREE and open to the public. Lunch is provided for in-person participants.
Receive a SD Housing HERO Certificate of Completion.
