Heart Space Meditation & Reiki Healing

Drop into a space of deep inner connection while Brooke helps you gently move from your head to your heart. Through a guided visualization meditation she'll help you connect with your body and your heart, bringing attention and care to your inner landscape.

The class will end with hands on Reiki healing to support gentle energetic clearing, regulation, and integration.

Give yourself the space to go inward, soften, surrender, and receive.

This is a really beautiful class for integration if you've been deep into your healing journey. Allow your body, mind and soul to simply rest.
