For girls 9 and up with their special person (parent, guardian, sister, aunt, big sister, counselor, etc.) Join us for an engaging workshop featuring practical lessons on menstruation, hygiene practices, and emotional well-being.

Enjoy a light morning breakfast and interactive art activities, while leaving with greater confidence and positivity about body changes, as well as helping others.
