Join us for a casual and welcoming community run/walk starting from the Sioux Falls Food Coop. Whether you’re looking to shake out your legs before the 605 Trail Fest, enjoy a relaxed evening with family, or meet new people in the running and walking community, this is a great opportunity to do so.

What to Expect:
$5 Meal Night
Every Wednesday from 4:00 to 7:00 PM, the Coop offers a delicious $5 meal. It’s the perfect way to enjoy a healthy and affordable dinner after your run or walk.

Pre-Race Shakeout
This event is a great way to prepare for the 605 Trail Fest, which takes place on Saturday, August 9. Come move your body, chat with fellow participants, and enjoy a fun, low-pressure outing.

Community Connection
This is a come-as-you-are event for all paces and abilities. Bring the whole family or come solo—everyone is welcome.

Additional Note:
The Sioux Falls Food Coop is a proud supporter of our races this year. Packet pickup for the 605 Trail Fest will be hosted at the Coop on Friday, August 8.
