Anxiety Reset - A Guided Hypnosis & Nervous System Recalibration

Anxiety isn’t a flaw; it’s a nervous system that’s been stuck in overdrive.

This small-group experience combines guided hypnosis, breath awareness, and the BioCharger, pairing subtle energetic support with deep relaxation to help the body release stored tension and return to a grounded, regulated state.

You’ll be gently guided into a restorative state where anxious patterns can soften, racing thoughts can settle, and the nervous system can reconnect with a sense of safety and ease—while being supported by the calming frequencies of the BioCharger.

No prior experience with hypnosis or meditation is needed.
Just come as you are, lie back, and allow your system to reset.

Each participant will receive a take-home audio recording after the session to support continued calming, grounding, and nervous system regulation.
