Restorative Yoga

A 75-minute class designed to guide you into deep relaxation. With the support of props, you’ll settle into still, restful poses that help calm the nervous system and restore balance in body and mind. Gentle breathwork, soft sound, and optional hands-on assists create a peaceful space to unwind, release tension, and reconnect. No experience needed—just come as you are.
