As we move into the heart of the holiday season, this weekly class offers a gentle space to tend to yourself. We weave together soft floor-based movement to rinse out the day, calming breathwork to settle the nervous system, and a guided meditation or contemplation centered on five heart-opening principles: Gratitude, Blessing, Forgiveness, Faith, and Joy.
The Power of Gratitude ~ Dec 2nd:
Gratitude is an act of alignment. When we choose gratitude—even in difficulty—we shift out of fear and collapse, and into relationship with Spirit. Gratitude opens the heart, clears stagnation, and calls in helping spirits because it signals that we are willing to participate in life with awareness.
The Power of Blessing ~ Dec 9th:
Blessing is the act of choosing to see and call forward what is good, true, and life-affirming. It does not deny pain; it restores us to the wider truth of possibility. Blessing shifts energy, changes outcomes, and strengthens our relationship with destiny by acknowledging the sacred nature of all things.
The Power of Forgiveness ~ Dec 16th
Forgiveness is about releasing the energetic burden we carry—not about excusing harm. Unforgiveness traps our soul parts, drains vitality, and binds us to the moment of wounding. Forgiveness frees your energy so it can come home, making true healing and power possible.
The Power of Faith ~ Dec 23rd
Faith is the willingness to step into the unknown guided by Spirit even when the mind has no guarantees. It is not belief—it is action. Faith strengthens the medicine body, builds trust in your helping spirits, and teaches you to follow the path revealed to you, not the one you planned.
The Power of Joy ~ Dec 30th
Joy is a state of alignment with the soul. It arises naturally when we are living our truth. Joy is not optional—it is a source of power. It renews the energy body, clarifies purpose, strengthens immunity, and makes us resilient. Joy is fuel for the conscious path.
These practices invite us back into the body, into clarity, and into connection with what truly sustains us. Through slow, mindful movement and spacious reflection, you’ll unwind accumulated tension, clear emotional residue, and create a foundation of inner steadiness for the weeks ahead.
