Ragen Cote is the Executive Director of Downtown Partners Sioux City. Ragen has spent more than 16 years connecting people, ideas, and resources to help downtown Sioux City thrive. She leads the organization’s signature downtown events, public art and mural projects, creative placemaking initiatives like the downtown skywalk lighting program, and outdoor speakers that bring energy and connection to the community.

Known as a natural connector, Ragen believes networking works best when it’s done with intention, focused on relationships, not transactions.

Ragen is passionate about empowering women to see themselves as leaders and connectors, and she brings an approachable, practical perspective to conversations about networking, collaboration, and building relationships that lead to lasting impact.
