Join me for a Restorative Yoga Practice: Restorative yoga involves long holding, calm, & relaxing poses using props to support and release.

Enjoy the many benefits of Restorative Yoga including stress & anxiety relief, mental & emotional balance, aide to sleeping, improving posture & flexibility....
I will incorporate guided meditation/breathwork, gentle assists, and essential oils.
