Thinking Like a Circle - Way of Council - Deepening Training

This training aims to inspire, strengthen self-confidence in circle work and teach new tools for the practice. It is addressed to people who already know Council, want to deepen their practice to use it in their professional and/or personal life.

During the four days, the basics will be refreshed, and building on them, there will be the chance to experience and review new and more specific forms and aspects of Council. We are ready to explore the depths of witnessing and reading the field so that we can discover more about working with group dynamics.

Prerequisites:
Participation in an “Introduction to Council”- Training
Regular facilitation experience of Council or other circle work practice
