What is Kundalini Activation?

Kundalini Activation is a direct transmission of life-force energy. This process is very powerful yet safe for the body systems. Your own vital energy, your spirit force (or inner intelligence) is being activated during the session bringing consciosness expansion, emotional release and physical healing.

The energy works naturally with physical and energetical bodies ensuring safe activation. And since it is not a self-generated process (meaning youdon't need to control your breath or body moveents) you will be able to receive as much as your system is able to accept.

The session

This will be a very special session half-day retreat. You lie down on a yoga mat. Some music is played. The facilitator will work within your energy field and transmit the energy.

During the session we’ll have:

• Welcome and brief intro
• 60 min transmission
• Break with teas and snacks
• 60 min transamission
• Closing share

Preparation:

No prior experience is required

Please wear comfortable clothing, abstain from heavy meals before the session and from consuming alcohol, drugs and other strong stimunlants 24 hours prior to practice.
