Our experience will be cocreated by artists and facilitators that offer their work at the Festival (full program coming up soon!), and from a group of 10 pioneers that entered our Creative Festival Residency and will spend 3 weeks unfolding the most magical journey of Transformation!

The 2025 Year of the Wooden Snake is a chance to shed what no longer serves us.

The Snake is Yin in nature and this shedding is unfolding through observation and precision.

The lesson of the snake is to focus on refining efforts rather than rushing into things. The snake is patient and strikes only when the moment is right, the rest of the time it is still and observing.

2025 asks us to pause, feel into the present, and practice awareness. Pierce harmful illusions. Conserve energy and only act when the time is right. This yin wood snake year is one of refinement, working with what already exists rather than seeking constant expansion.

The Yin wood energy represents the early growth of the seedling. Having broken through the soil, it is small, tender and vulnerable. We may look at that blade of grass as soft and weak because all we see is something small, continually bending to the wind and being stomped on by feet and hooves. But it remains because its outward-yielding nature is firmly rooted in its internal nature.

2025 is an opportunity for reflection, adaptability, and intentional growth, inviting us to a reconnection to our deeper purpose. If we let Snake Year initiate us, we will come out completely different people.

Be PRESENT

We start by slowing down and fully letting go of the wood Dragon’s urgency. It is time to be patient, take time to turn the camera toward ourselves and allow the transformation of our perception of the world by witnessing and letting go of all our preconceived ideas, including the exciting and powerful ones.

What are we willing to see? The Year of the Yin Wood Snake invites us to remove the scales from our eyes and the veil of our “point of view” from reality.

Being in PRESENCE and letting intention just fluidly unfold through us.

Perceiving without having to name, know, understand, like or dislike, opens every possibility to unfold, so that we can support what already wants to Emerge, what wants to be born and bloom Here and Now.

Allowing our mind, heart and will to freely contribute to the Beauty of the world as a prayer of Gratitude for Life.

Be SIMPLE

Snakes exude mythical qualities, and have taken on a variety of roles in different cultures. From divine shakti to Satan, snakes are and go everywhere, synthesizing duality, long stillnesses, quick kills, always grounded, unmatched instincts. Being ok at each point of the Dance, unfolding through revelation and renewal.

Life and Death intertwined forever in the constant Dance, allowing complexities to challenge us to love unconditionally, to take in each part of ourselves, even the ones that we hate the most!

Complex symbols invite a return to simplicity. It makes no sense to worry about the possible meaning of the Snake Year. Simply accept its invitation. Drop the unnecessary and simplify your life. The less baggage you carry, the more freedom you have to move and uncover your truest nature.

Be LOVE

We can only love what we’re willing to see, and see what we’re willing to love. The Year of the Yin Wood Snake invites us to reveal our love through presence and simplicity.

Love is the only thing that matters, love as a creative force rooted in Nature. Love as the practical expression of non-duality, the Cosmic Dance of Life. Through love we can see and accept the parts of ourselves that we have named Unlikable and reenter the flow of the Dance of Polarities.

Collaborating on behalf of Earth, listening to what wants to emerge from the whole, and transforming our planet through simply, loving every moment helps us navigate this time of accelerated developments in human awareness with the tenderness, aliveness and enthusiasm of a bean sprout!
