Sunday Deep Restorative Mini Retreat with Live Sound

A Deep Restorative mini-retreat is two hours of complete relaxation for your mind, body and nervous system. Incredible stress relief, join us! Sunday July 27th, 3-5 pm.

You will practise gentle movement, Restorative postures using supportive bolster cushions, comfy blankets and blocks. You will practise gentle, deeply restoring breathing practices, Yoga Nidra and meditation.

Sarah Mills will provide live Sound of singing bowls and other modalities. Pure bliss!

Sound therapy has been shown to help treat such conditions as stress, anxiety, high blood pressure, depression, sleep disorders and pain whilst deepening your relaxed state. We’re air conditioned & heated for comfortable practise all year round.
