HEART CHAKRA EMPTINESS MEDITATION
As written in the heart sutra, emptiness is form and form is emptiness, the most profound method passed down by the merciful guan yin Bodhisattva to help all sentient beings to achieve enlightenment through wisdom and compassion cultivation.
Join us to get a taste of what emptiness means to you.
In this class, you will be guided through heart chakra meditation to unblock your heart clutters. It helps to guide your heart to make a better decision in life for both physical and mental well being.

1) Fees per person $38 (payment on the day
2) Wear loose comfortable attire (preferably white long trouser to cover your knees and shirt which cover your shoulder). Have a light meal prior to the event and not too heavy as it may affect your performance. Advisable to keep yourself hydrated with water. Do not wear black color attire.
3) Come early so you will not miss the beginning part of the meditation (each participant will get to pick a heart chakra card for interpretation before the meditation starts, the reason being that each person has different type of emotional heart clutters to clear)
4) The event will be conducted in English.
