In this conscious singing circle co-led by Shao Hao and Charis, we explore the beauty of community singing with the intention of connecting deeper with ourselves, our hearts and also with like-hearted friends.
The songs we will sing include English songs that revolve around themes of nature, love and connection, as well as mantras from Tibetan, Buddhist and Hindu traditions, and a Chinese song that reminisces our ancestors. We warmly invite you to join us for this circle. No prior experience with singing is necessary, we simply ask that you come with an open heart and your brightest smile 😁

Shao Hao believes that music and song are powerful gateways for healing and connection – with Self, community and the Divine. Shao Hao loves to hold conscious singing circles, as he sees them as opportunities for like-minded and like-hearted individuals to come together and co-create healing harmonies. Songs that Shao Hao loves to share focus on themes of love, wisdom and nature, including mantras and medicine songs.
Charis is the founder of Hello Body — a multidisciplinary movement studio and practitioner school — and Felt Sense, a community sanctuary and embodied healing space.
Together with a trusted team of practitioners, she holds space to create experiences that invite people into deeper presence, connection, and wholeness.
With over 14 years of experience journeying alongside individuals and groups across life’s many seasons, Charis supports the weaving of mental, emotional, and physical health through a grounded, relational approach that meets people where they are. Her work is about making the ordinary sacred again — welcoming every part of the human experience with presence and curiosity.
As a personal guide, she supports individuals through one-on-one coaching, therapeutic and rehabilitative work — ranging from pre/post-natal care to post-injury capacity building, navigating chronic health conditions, and simply being with curious souls wanting to understand themselves and their relationships more deeply.
