A workshop to reconnect with the parts of you that are both soft “AND” strong.
Led by Certified VITA™ Sex, Love & Relationship Coach Andrea Tan, this experience invites women of all life stages — daughters, mothers, grandmothers, and those mothering in their own way — to rediscover the parts of themselves that often get tucked away.
Inspired by four feminine archetypes, you’ll move, reflect, create, and reconnect with what it means to be both caring and confident, grounded and magnetic, tender and powerful.

Andrea is a Certified VITA™ Sex, Love & Relationship Coach who helps women reclaim confidence, sensuality, and aliveness through embodied work. She brings a grounded, intuitive presence and deep respect for the full feminine experience.
While you take time for yourself, your children can join a guided creative mission with Michelle Loh, experienced educator and founder of a children’s English enrichment school.
Through play, art, and meaningful conversation, children will be gently nurtured to express themselves in joyful and imaginative ways. Using a variety of unique materials, they will create community artworks that reflect their thoughts and feelings - especially about their mothers.
These may be auctioned to support Project SMILE, a local non-profit empowering women from low-income backgrounds. Parents may choose to bring home the artwork or donate it to the cause.
Children of all ages are welcome. Those under 5 will require adult supervision.
