4-course menu, including the following:

• Rojak (1st Course):
  Charred sugarloaf cabbage, rojak-pistachio dressing, water apple
  
• Bak Kut Teh (2nd Course):
  Shredded brisket tortellini, herbal Bak Kut Teh consommé
  
• Laksa + Paofan (Main Course):
  Taiwan pearl rice, light laksa broth, prawn & squid, crispy rice, laksa leaf oil
  
• Dessert

Dietary notes:

• We will be using halal ingredients, sourced by our in-house chef Azfar. However, it is a BYOB (bring your own bottle) event & alcoholic drinks might be present within the tables.
  
• Contains major food allergens: milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, and soybeans.
  
• As this is a fixed menu experience, we’re currently unable to accommodate dietary restrictions.

Public Transport/Parking:

• The nearest MRT is Aljunied Station, and the studio is a 5-minute walk away! We'll post a detailed video with directions on our IG a few days before the event
  
• Parking is available at Victory Centre, but it's pretty expensive, so we recommend parking at the nearby Prosper House (Singapore 388399) or at the HDB parking at Blk 53 Sims Place
