3:05pm - Roundtable introduction of participants, and what they hope to get out of the session

3:15pm - Speakers to share their journey (2 speakers & 20 minutes each)

3:55 - 4:55pm - Q&A

4:55 - 5:00pm - (Quiet time) Participants to write 3 takeaways or messages of gratitude to the speaker and the team

5:15pm - Roundtable sharing

5:20pm - End & Dreamboard Making (optional)
