Led by Amit—renowned for his precise cues and empowering teaching style—Flight School offers 8 hours of intelligent sequencing and targeted drills. Whether you’re learning to kick up for the first time or looking to refine your freestanding handstand, this is your launchpad to deepening your understanding and elevate your practice from the inside out.

Day 1 sets the foundation with strength-building drills, alignment work, and entry techniques for headstands, forearm stands, and handstands using the wall. Day 2 takes you beyond the wall and into fluid, freestanding transitions—including tuck-ups, press drills, and dynamic movement flows. With hands-on feedback, partner work, and strategy coaching woven throughout, this is more than a workshop—it’s a full-body and mindset shift.
