• Hyperextended joints - do we have to correct them all the time?
• Flaring ribcage - what is the impact of a flaring ribcage on your shoulders? Can you tame it down?
• Posture and breathing - do we have to relearn breathing to improve posture? What does three-dimensional breathing do internally to regulate our posture?
• Glutes and abs - are they all the core we have and they have to be on fire all the time for a perky butt?
• Left-right imbalances - any consequences for not addressing them?
