Mandarin Bar Tokyo Guest Shift at MO BAR, Singapore

MO BAR Singapore welcomes Tokyo’s renowned Mandarin Bar from Mandarin Oriental Tokyo for a one-night-only guest shift on Wednesday 11 June 2025 from 8pm - 11pm. 

Director of Bars Davide Boncimino and Senior Assistant Bar Manager Aomatsu Tadasuke will bring four signature cocktails inspired by Nihonbashi the historic heart of Tokyo: Ichigo Smash a refreshing mix of gin cherry tomato and strawberry; Sukiyaki Boulevardier an umami-forward twist on the classic cocktail; Margherita Cocktail on 37th a tribute to pizza with vodka tomato basil and cheese; and XO Sake Margarita a blend of sake tequila XO sauce and Japanese spices.
