Your thoughts and the words used to shape them, can influence your body’s ability to heal. With the use of affirmations, these positive statements can help you overcome self limiting beliefs and negative thoughts. And along with the sounds and vibrations of the Tibetan Singing Bowls, allow yourself to shift into a positive state of mind and let the body be fully relaxed for the healing to begin.
